SHB5314 Program Development and Evaluation

In this course, learners examine needs assessment, program development, and program evaluation as fundamental tools in institutional, public, or private organizations. In particular, learners explore ways of evaluating needs of specific populations, using research-based models and best practices to inform program development and evaluation, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and addressing ethical implications of various approaches to program development and evaluation.
