New Resource from the Online Writing Center!

I just finished reviewing the new animated tutorial from Capella’s Online Writing Center , Writing a Literature Review . This resource was created by the fabulous Capella Writing Center Faculty (you may have met some of them at Colloquium or taken one of their courses). It takes you step by step through the process of what to do with all of those wonderful resources you have found for your dissertation in the Capella Library.

What you say, you are having trouble finding resources for your dissertation? Well take some time and phone or email a Librarian. We can help you get back on track.

Greetings, I just received my second review of my methodology review form. My reviewer suggested I use a MEAL plan. If I read or used this tool in the past, I simply do not remember. Can you send me a review by attachment? Thank you.

I have two questions:
1) I would like to have someone look over my quantitative research proposal;
2) I would like to have my current resume critiqued.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Hi Benjamin and Jacque,

The MEAL plan and other writing resources are available on the Writing Center’s Page:

You will probably want to ask your advisor about who could look over your research proposal, since the library is not involved in writing review. However, I know that the Career Center helps with resume review. You can find them on IGuide under “Support & Services” –> “Career Center”.

Several learners in my class used a Peer Review Worksheet (with Capella letterhead/logo) in one of our assignments. Where is this form online?

Hi Than,

I sent you an email about this as well, but want to make sure you get the information. Smarthinking is not related to the library, but is an academic tutoring resource that critiques learners’ papers. You can find it in iGuide:
