New Library Web Site Live on iGuide

The Capella University Library is excited to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website. The updated site provides easy access to library resources through a simplified home page. A new tabbed section at the top of the home page enables easy navigation between search functions. Whether you are looking for a specific book by title or searching by topic across the collection, all your search options are just a click away.

A new Library help page combines both self-help and full service help options in one location. You can sign up for a webinar or browse Library Guides to find information on specific assignments.

If you are a new online learner, visit the Introduction to Online Libraries page and explore the tools available to get you started with your research.
Phase two of the library site launch is planned for late 2012 or early 2013 and will include improvements to the database pages. You will be able to view lists of databases by subject, content type and more.

Explore the library web site and let us know what you think.

Hi Lillian,

For this discussion post you need to locate websites about parenting and then critique them. You can search for the websites using Google, Bing or other search engine, just as you would search for anything else on the web. There are resources linked under the discussion prompt that should help you with evaluating the websites. You may also find this library guide to be helpful: Evaluating Internet Sources

Please note that this guide has multiple pages that you can navigate by using the tabs at the top.
