Betty Serapin's transcript
When I was going to grade school, I thought I would be a teacher, my life just didn’t turn that way.
It didn’t turn that way even from high school because I wasn’t the sharpest pencil in the pack, in high school, and they would not allow me to take courses that I could take in order to get into college because I didn’t have the grades.
I moved down here to Florida 20 years later, and found that a high school diploma doesn’t work anymore. So I figured I had to go back to school. I started my secondary education in 1991. And then I got my bachelors degree, the following month I started my masters degree and finished that in 1996.
And I have graduated from my PhD with a 4.0. And I was magna cum laude with my masters. So, don’t always listen to everybody. Do what you want to do from the inside.
