Human Resource Management Specialization

Human resource managers are increasingly recognized as important contributors to overall business success. This MBA specialization in Human Resource Management is designed to strengthen your ability to perform this strategic role. The course work provides an overview of important business functions and key human resource areas, mapped to the competencies identified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®). The emphasis is on immediate application of the knowledge, competencies, and skills necessary to integrate business and human resource strategies. People who choose this specialization are often interested in pursuing human resource management positions in a business setting.

MBA Business Core

The business core delivers the traditional MBA disciplines in courses such as marketing, operations, strategy, and finance.
