November 16, 2010Silas I have been a consultant in agriculture and rural development for the last 28 years. For half of that time I wanted to study for the PhD in Project Planning and Management (with a bias towards Agriculture and Rural Development). I learned about Capella University through the Project Management Institute. I hope this university will offer me the opportunity that has eluded me for all this time.
