Capella University’s online EdS degree is designed for educators seeking a post-master’s graduate program that emphasizes both professional practice and scholarship. An EdS degree falls between a master’s and a doctoral degree. Educators who choose this degree program often pursue leadership positions at a school or district level, or continue their studies at the doctoral level. (Equivalent course work taken as part of the EdS program may be applied to degree requirements for a Capella PhD degree.)
