Enrollment Management specialization
Help higher education play a vital, growing role in students' lives. Capella's master's specialization in Enrollment
Management is the only online program that also includes professional certification from Noel-Levitz, a nationally
recognized consulting firm specializing in higher education recruitment and retention. Study curriculum that is designed
around recognized professional standards and emphasizes enrollment planning, retention, marketing strategies, and technology
applications. You'll start working toward your goals right away by creating a professional development plan in your first
course. By the end of the program, you'll have compiled a professional portfolio that demonstrates your accomplishments
and proves your understanding of concepts that qualify you for a career in higher education. People who choose this
