General Colin Powell delivered Capella keynote on leadership and service.

Former United States Secretary of State General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.) gave the keynote address at our PhD colloquium in Arlington, Virginia on October 24, 2009 as part of our Distinguished Speaker Series. After the event, the Leadership in Public Service Web site will feature video highlights from Powell's inspiring message.
