Organizational Leader Development Specialization

Position yourself to fill the leadership shortage projected by many of today’s businesses. This specialization focuses on the psychological principles of effective leadership, including course work in group psychology, psychological principles of strategic planning, psychology of leadership, and performance enhancement and motivation. It is designed to enhance your understanding of essential leadership characteristics and prepare you to effectively guide individuals, teams, and organizations. People who choose this specialization are often pursuing leadership or consulting positions within business, government, and other settings.
