FAQ's Scholarships and Grants
Are there grants for master's degrees?
Grants for master's degrees are available at some universities. Capella University offers master's degree grants if you enroll by the deadline, complete a specified number of courses, and maintain good academic standing.
For example, Capella's MBA Grant can potentially save you up to $3,000 in education expenses.
Capella grants are not based on financial need and do not require repayment. Instead, these grants are available to everyone who enrolls in a qualified program and meets eligibility requirements. Grant eligibility may be based on degree program, field of study, financial need, or a combination of factors.
How Grants Work
Grants are easy to apply for and are an excellent way to help pay for your college education. They can save you thousands of dollars in education expenses. They can be used for tuition, room and board, fees, books, supplies, equipment, dependent childcare expenses, transportation, and rental or purchase of a personal computer. View information about other Capella grants to see if you qualify. Or email us and we will match you with an enrollment counselor who can answer your questions about how best to finance your education.
Federal grants, like the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant, are also available to Capella students who qualify.
