In this course, learners are introduced to the fundamental basics of project management and gain a broad overview of project management standards and their applicability to both business and IT projects. This course emphasizes management theories, concepts, tools and techniques defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) including the Process Groups and Knowledge Areas. This course also introduces other project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile (Scrum, Lean, DSDM and XP), PRINCE2®, Waterfall, and Six Sigma.
