Elena Kays, PhD, MA, BFA

Dr. Elena Kays is the department chair within the College of Business, Technology, Education, and Public Service Leadership at Capella University. She is an award-winning pioneer in the development of innovative online programs, as well as her own groundbreaking research on emergent online environments. Kays is the recipient of the 2010 Blackboard Catalyst Exemplary Course Award and the NUTN 2010 Distance Education Innovation Award for the Educational Leadership and Management EdD courses.
