Capella University’s online EdD specialization, Teacher Leader in K–12 Studies, prepares you to adopt the leadership skills needed to build a culture of effective teaching and learning in your classroom, school, and district.

This EdD program offers a specialization that can help you take a leadership role in promoting a culture of collaboration in your school, use data to improve teacher performance and student learning, and advocate for teachers and students. Capella’s comprehensive approach will guide you through this applied research doctorate, allowing you to gain the critical skills you need to become a teacher leader.
