Dr. Bradly E. Roh serves as interim dean and vice president of Capella University’s School of Business, Technology and Health Care Administration. Since joining Capella in 2017, he has held a variety of academic leadership roles, including faculty member, doctoral mentor, assistant academic program director and academic program director. With experience spanning higher education, management consulting, healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Roh brings a multidisciplinary perspective to leadership and student success. He has taught undergraduate, graduate and doctoral courses across business, healthcare and information technology, and is a published researcher whose work focuses on leadership, organizational design, strategic management and organizational change. Dr. Roh is passionate about fostering collaboration, innovation and academic excellence to help students achieve their professional goals.
Dr. Roh’s teaching philosophy centers on bridging academic theory with real-world leadership practice. He emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking and evidence-based approaches to solving organizational challenges.
