Meet nursing leadership

Buddy Wiltcher, EdD, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Interim Dean, School of Nursing and Health Sciences

Dr. Wiltcher brings more than 30 years of combined experience in nursing and higher education. His career includes teaching clinical nurse educators at the collegiate level while serving as both department chair and interim director. For the past nine years, he has served as senior manager for graduate and undergraduate nursing programs and instructional faculty. During his tenure at Capella, Dr. Wiltcher has also served as director of the RN-to-BSN and Nurse Practitioner programs while holding leadership roles as assistant and associate dean.
