Program Director, School of Business, Technology, and Health Care Administration

Dr. Zgola is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational and professional background. She holds a bachelor's in psychology, master's in counseling, master's in information systems and an EdD in Education Leadership. With nearly 20 years of experience in educational leadership, focusing mainly on IT disciplines and online programs, Dr. Zgola also brings 15 years of experience teaching IT courses in both online and on-campus formats. Known for her strategic and creative thinking, she is a thorough, ethical and hardworking professional. Her compassionate and personable nature complements her passion for advancing the technology industry and addressing gender and diversity disparities within the IT field.
