MBA: With FlexPath, you can earn your MBA in 11 months and under $13,000.

DBA: With Capella Tuition Cap, you won’t pay more than $45,000** in tuition costs for your DBA program.

Meet business leadership

Bradly E. Roh, PhD, DBA

Interim Dean for the School of Business, Technology, and Health Care Administration

Bradly E. Roh, PhD, DBA, serves as the Interim Dean for the School of Business, Technology, and Health Care Administration. He joined Capella University in 2017 and prior to this role, he held several positions in the school including a part-time doctoral mentor, full-time faculty member, assistant academic program director-doctoral, and academic program director-doctoral. During his time at Capella University, he was privileged to be the recipient of multiple performance and recognition awards as faculty.

Dr. Roh has been involved in academia since 2011 and has taught undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses in various disciplines, including business, healthcare, and information technology. He has a passion for building a culture of collaboration and commitment among stakeholders to help students achieve academic success. He is also a published author of various research articles focusing on leadership, business management, organizational cultural/structural design, and strategic management. Dr. Roh also has over a decade of experience in management consulting and was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a management consulting firm working with start-ups and small-medium sized organizations focusing on leadership development, team development, conflict management, change management, strategic planning, and organizational design.

Dr. Roh holds a PhD in Management, with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change, and an MS degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, from Walden University. He also holds DBA and MBA degrees from the University of Phoenix.
